Quick Shipping / Post

The item is usually dispatched the next working day after receipt of payment and often the same day if the item is paid for in the morning. As you can see from our feedback, this often results in very quick delivery. For higher priced items Recorded or Special Delivery is usually included and we will send you a PO tracking number via email. Because Recorded Delivery is optional on lower priced items we always obtain proof of postage. We will assist if your item does not arrive but we are not soley responsible for your parcel once it has left our care at the Post Office counter. Should the need to claim arise we assist you with the necessary claim. For some reason only known to Royal Mail, the odd item takes longer to arrive so please help us by allowing at least three working days before you start chasing your item.

International winners. Please order in plenty of time as I cannot give you an accurate estimate for delivery, but we do ship very quickly.

Refunds Policy

We take great care when packing our goods. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in the post or not as described we will offer a full refund including postage on return of the item or proof of damage(e.g. email me a photograph). If you order the wrong item (size, colour, etc) we will consider an exchange item or refund if they are returned in the condition they were dispatched and you pay for the extra postage costs.

New Bidders

We welcome new bidders, but if you are unable to send full payment in within five working days of the auction end then please do not bid on this item. If you fail to pay for your item then you waste our opportunity to sell to a genuine customer & I have to recover my fees from Ebay.
